* 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required to book
* Reschedules highly encouraged, deposits credited to new appointment time.
* Cancellations within less than 24hrs of appointment time incur charge of 50% the service amount
* 15min past appointment time is considered a “no-show“ cancellation and subject to 50% charge of the service amount
